How much does delivery cost?
We make postage costs as clear as possible when ordering. We also don’t make any money on postage and packing - we try and keep postage as low as we possibly can. UK postage rates are:
Where do you deliver to?
At present, we only ship within the UK. However, we aim to delivery to Australian addresses soon. Please sign up to the mailing list to be the first to hear when this service goes live
When will my order be posted?
We endeavour to keep stock of all our goods - unless clearly marked as a pre-order special offer. If in stock, we’ll post to you the next working day.
However, on occasion, we may need to print to order on your garment (particularly on larger sizes). Please bear this in mind and allow 7-10 days for delivery
How do I return an item?
Whether you want an exchange or a refund, the best thing to do is firstly email us so we can sort it in a way that makes you as happy as possible: email@example.com
We will refund any unworn, unwashed and in original condition items within 30 days of delivery.
It is recommended that all returns are sent by recorded delivery: customers are liable for the loss of returned garments in transit
If all of the above conditions are fulfilled, a full refund will be issued via the original payment method/account used for purchase within five days of garments being returned. This refund will exclude the costs of returning the garments, which shall be borne by the customer.
